Will Ramsbotham Memorial13 miles, 4,500ft. Park on the red circle below, and load the GPX file into your GPS. It's the same car park as for the Two Valleys.

And click the picture on the right. I remember Will Ramsbotham every time I climb Cader. It can take me between 5 and 7 hours from Llanfihangel to the top and back. In 1993, on Saturday 6th June, Will won the Cader Fell Race, running from Dolgellau to the top of Cader and back (10.5 miles) in a course record time of 1hr 25mins. Wow! And he was killed climbing Cader the very next day.

Just follow the road past Mary Jones' cottage, past the river, past Gwastadfryn, and on up the main track, till you get here. Branch right up the path through the trees.
